Table SurveyDocRef holds relation between Survey and DocRef - that is, which document references are related to a given survey.

Documentation regarding a survey (= a set of document references related to a survey) is called background information. Background information should contain information on the survey itself (including the instituion being surveyed), - as opposed to documentation related to standards or indicators.
