The table StandardFunction implements relations between Standard and OrgUnitFunction
OrgUnitFunction objects are also related to OrgUnit.
This makes it possible to associcate organizational units with standards. This inforamtion may be used for (secondary) distribution.
This information is also known of "standard groups" in the user interface (NOT to be confused the table StdGroup!).
