The organization structure is built from a number of types and relations between these types.

Exporting the organizational structure (Version 4.17 and later only)In menu line choose "Organization" - > "Structure" to export the organization types. In the "Structure" form press the export button in the left hand panel. After the export has finished a XML-file is writtien to the configurations temp directory in the folder \organization\structure\export. The "Export" form has a link to file. Left click the link to open the generated file in the browser. Right clik the link to save it to another location of your own choice.
Importing the organizational structure (Version 4.17 and later only)In menu line choose "Organization" - > "Structure" to import organization structure. In the "Structure" form press the import button. Pressing the button makes the import form appear in the right hand panel
Before pressing the import button in the right hand panel you can choose:
Path to the file containing the organization structure to import. Use the Browse button to locate the file.
Then press the "Upload and import" button in the right hand panel to start importing the organization structure.
