The documentation of the patient data model consists of two parts

• The logical model which describes the patient at a high abstraction level. Logical Model Patient

• The database model which describes the database tables that are used for holding data about the patient. Database Model Patient

Most of the patient data is stored in the patient dynamic forms. Info about these dynamically created tables can be found in the chapter Dynamic Data Model
